Q: I'm not getting any video!
A: Make sure Apple's QuickTime software is installed. If you don't have it installed you won't be able to view any of the movies contained in Stream. We have provided QuickTime on the CD in case you don't have it. Check the inside cover for simple install instructions.
Q: I've installed QuickTime from your disc but I'm still not getting video?
A: Restart your computer.
Q: Can I get a virus from Stream?
A: Don't be silly. This disc has been checked for all known Mac and PC viruses as of the time of shipping.
Q: Performance of the magazine on my MAC is slow and sometimes choppy!
A: Try running Stream from a clean system and turn off virtual memory. Memory utilities such as RamDoubler have been known to cause conflicts with Stream, so turn them off. Also make sure your monitor is set to 640x480.
Q: I need to quit out of the magazine. Is there a quick way?
A: Yes, hit "COMMAND-period" or "COMMAND-q" on the MAC. If your on a PC try "CONTROL-period" or "CONTROL-q".
Q: What question should I never ask when calling the Stream office?
A: "What's that song in your magazine that goes Da Da Doo Dum De De?"
Q: Wow, Stream is really neat! How can I subscribe?
